Like you, I am a wellness professional and I can assure you that I understand your situation. Many of our companions, and maybe this is your case, are seeing their income reduced by 50%. Others are forced to close their centers due to the lack of profitability. We are forced to change our schedules, sometimes every week due to the pandemic situation, and this is translated into a lack of information and connection with our users. Our clients, the ones we appreciate the most, are in many cases lost, without knowing how to connect with us again.
And if this was not enough, we are forced to adapt to a digital world which, for the ones who are used to working with people directly, seems cold, distant and very far from easy at the beginning. In many cases, we don’t even know where to start.
We are told that the future is on the internet, but you and I know that it is NOT enough to have a digital profile. There is so much information online that our clients can’t find us. I understand what it is wanting to dedicate exclusively to what you really like without having to worry about marketing or online selling issues that escape our knowledge and sometimes stress us.
No one ever warned us that knowing how to sell your company digitally would be necessary to survive and keep growing at least 10% every year.
Working as an independent professional, I saw that renting spaces for specific classes was a challenge, it consumed a lot of searching time in the internet tangle. I called each company one by one, and I lost so many hours trying to find the one that best suited my needs.
Other companies hired me, I had my own wellness center, I rented local spaces, and finally, I started working as a freelancer creating my own wellness community. All of this for 20 years. This made me see the needs we have as professionals and also the other part: Our clients.
They, now more than ever, need to find a flexible way to be able to keep taking care of themselves without being restricted by fixed fees and rigid schedules. They need speed and transparency on their purchases.
All of us would have appreciated that during our project’s construction we had found a community of professionals related to us that shared their experiences and advices to be able to learn and grow as a team.
I imagined this: one single platform in which all of these possibilities would turn into reality. Merge into one place professionals, owners of ideal locations, and users to generate connections between them contributing to the creation of a healthier world.
